Getting seriously natural for breakfast

3 eggs
Chopped parsley
Splash of water

Beaten with a fork, folded into an omelet in a pan with a bit of olive oil. Garnished with leftover parsley. Kids looking on in interest, may wanna try next time.

Pretty much zero

  • Carbs (starch) 
  • Salt 


Good

  • Fats (omega-3 dense yolks) 
  • Monounsaturated fat dash (olive oil) 
  • Various and sundry from the handful of parsley (about a cup overall) 


Adheres to dietary guidelines of

  • Paleo 
  • Primal 
  • Dr. Gundry 


Total prep time: 5 minutes.

Healthy lunch?

Ingredients:

  • Organic Romaine, 3 broad leaves, washed and ripped
  • Organic purple onion, 2 slices, ringlets separated
  • Celery sticks, 5 little ones
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • Handful of organic cauliflower, crudite sized
  • 1 can of sardines in mustard
  • 2 mild crunchy Asian peppers
  • Dressing:
    • Udo's Choice oil
    • extra virgin olive oil
    • white vinegar + dash of Balsamic vinegar
    • generous squirt of organic Dijon mustard to hold together

Filling, fresh and satisfying, high in protein and omega-3 oils, and essentially no starchy carbs.

NB: brush teeth and freshen breath after, bigtime.
