Day 1 back on a lo-carb diet
3 meals today, and all three abided by the rules: protein + legumes + veggies in any quantity, no white starchy carbs (and nearly no white anything), and no fruit juices/hi calorie drinks.
This was breakfast, but lunch at Chipotle Grill (burrito bowl, no rice, extra beans and veggies plus whomp of guacamole), and dinner at home (leftover beef + chicken breast, black beans, kimchi, sauteed green beens/mixed veggies) all toed the line.
This coming Wednesday: appointment for formal body fat % testing. Getting serious about tracking!
